Platform operating model
One checkout, three channels, two seller types, one settlement ledger.
1OnboardReview merchant documents, payout account and tax forms. Approve, reject or suspend a shop.
2GovernSet categories, commission rates per merchant, listing standards, certificate rules and content slots.
3CollectBuyers pay the platform via Stripe. Orders are split by seller so each merchant sees only their own lines.
4ArbitratePlatform handles disputes, damage refunds and returns across 1P, 3P and auction consignors.
5SettleAfter the return window, generate a Settlement per order, batch payouts and reconcile Stripe vs ledger.
